This site is for Astronomy Studies in the Tropics. I'm based in East Pattaya, Thailand, 12.934N, 100.918E, between the sun's northern limit and the Equator. The big advantage of this location is that you can observe both northern and some southern stars at the same time. And it's never cold... lol. The 8th collaboration with Christian Gow@Brisbane

The second photographic data from my good friend Christian in Brisbane is of the Tarantula Nebula in the Large Magellanic Cloud, which, like the SMC, cannot be photographed from East Pattaya without crawling on the ground.
Many astronomers are probably interested in this giant nebula in our neighboring galaxy. I am one of them.
The magenta tarantula from HOO's Natural Palette is lovely, but this time I also received Sii, so I chose SHO to give it an edge.

ブリスベンの親友Christianからの撮影データの第二弾はSMCと同じくEast Pattayaからは地を這わなければ撮影できない大マゼラン雲の中のタランチュラ星雲。

天文が趣味の方の多くはこのお隣の銀河の巨大星雲に興味をお持ちであろう。私もその一人だ。

HOOのナチュラルパレットのマゼンダ系のタランチュラも素敵だが、今回はせっかくSiiもいただいたのでSHOにして、エッジを効かせて見た。
