Globular Star Cluster In Vela (NGC3201,C79)
A globular cluster in the constellation Vela
A globular cluster straddling the characteristic blue and red interstellar cloud of Vela, east of the Pencil Nebula.
I also tried blending in Ha to bring out the red interstellar cloud in the background. The blue interstellar cloud was too faint to be effective, so I used LHaRGB for the background this time.
This cluster has a fairly low density in its center, but because it's located in the southern spring Milky Way, the surrounding stars are vibrant and beautiful.
Overall, there are many yellow and red stars, but I increased the saturation of the blues to balance it with the red background.
I've finally managed to get the mount's CrazyTracking almost settled, allowing me to shoot more calmly.
