The Hummingbird Galaxy In Canes Venatici (NGC4656,NGC4657)

A.K.A The Hockey Stick Galaxy

The Hummingbird Galaxy (Hockey Stick Galaxy) in Canes Venatici

This galaxy is known as the Hockey Stick Galaxy, but I learned it also has another name: Hummingbird. Its orientation, with north at the top, makes the Hummingbird name seem more fitting.
The larger galaxy is NGC4656, and the smaller galaxy attached to the north is NGC4657.
This is what the two galaxies looked like after a collision.
I've photographed this galaxy several times before, but this time I wanted to capture the surrounding dust blown away by the collision. However, gecko eggs prevented the camera's fan from cooling, so I couldn't collect any more signal and had to stop for now. The L and RGB balance is completely messed up.
I'd like to take more shots and finish the image once the camera is fixed.
I changed the Cmos offset from 5 to 20 this time.

りょうけん座にあるハミングバード銀河（ホッケー・スティック銀河）

ホッケー・スティック銀河の名で知られているこの銀河であるが、別の呼び名でハミングバードとの呼び名があることを知った。北を上に向けた姿はハミングバードの方がしっくりくる気がする。

大きい銀河がNGC4656,北にくっついている小さな銀河がNGC4657。

2つの銀河が衝突した後の姿である。

何度か撮影している銀河であるが、今回はこの衝突の影響で吹き飛ばされた周辺のチリも写したかったが、ヤモリの卵でカメラのファンが回らず冷却できなくなり、これ以上シグナル収集ができないので一旦打ち切り。LとRGBのバランスがめちゃくちゃな状態だ。

カメラが直ったら追加で撮影して仕上げたいな。

今回からCMOSのOffsetを5から20に変更した。
