Collaboration with Demetrios Marolias version.
The Gabriela Mistral Nebula & Gem Cluster In Carinae (IC2599,NGC3324,NGC3293)
My good friend and Kiwi friend Demetrios saw the photo I shared the other day of Gabriela Mistral and sent me a 7-hour HOO file.
I thought I could capture the molecular cloud in the background with this, so I took some additional RGB star shots and edited it.
Even though it was taken with a High Speed telescope, adding 7 hours of HOO to the 42-minute HOO signal resulted in a completely red-dominated image.
The contrast in HOO was weak, and the image lost its sharpness.
Therefore, this time I edited it in SHO (Sync). I was able to capture the interstellar clouds floating against a typical southern sky background.

先日シェアーしたGabriela Mistralの写真を見て親友であるキーウィーのDemetriosが7時間のHaファイルを送ってくれた。
これで背景の分子雲も出せると思い、RGBで星の追加撮影もして編集してみた。
High Speed 望遠鏡での撮影といえ、42分のHOOシグナルに7時間のHaを足し込むと完全に赤に支配されてしまい
HOOではコントラストが弱くなり逆にシャープさがなくなってしまった。
よって今回はSHO(Sync)で編集してみた。南天らしい背景に漂う星間雲が出すことができた。
