The Thor's Helmet (NGC2359)
To me, a close-up of this nebula rotated 90 degrees to the left just looks like a short-bodied monkey raising its arms and legs in the air at the finish line.
This is my first photo in about three years, and my first from this observatory.
This time, I tried various things to get a clearer view of the structure of the monkey's whiskers and the Ha on its limbs, which was an issue last time.
It looks reasonably visible in SHO, but as the main colour of this nebula is the blue of Oiii, I assigned a large amount of Oiii to B when generating the palette in SHO.
