The Strings of Pearl Cluster (真珠の首飾り星団) IC2488

There is a galaxy named String of Pearls in the same southern hemisphere as this cluster. I personally like this galaxy so I take a picture of it every year. But this year, I aimed my telescope at an open cluster with the similar name.
Southern Star is really nice. If this comes to the zenith, it might be good to exchange it for a horse saddle.

この星団と同じ南半球にString of Pearls という銀河があり、私的にとても好きな銀河なので毎年撮影していたが、今年は似た名前を持つ散開星団に望遠鏡を向けてみた。

南の星は本当に素敵だな。これが天頂に来てくれたら馬の鞍と交換しても良いかも。
