The Angel Nebula (エンジェル星雲) NGC2170

Narrow Band Version (Ha-OiiiHb-OiiiHb)

Originally, this is a Target that can be stored in RGB or HaRGB, but from our Backyard, this Target, especially Blue, cannot be exposed due to light pollution. I tried last year and was completely defeated.
However, it was a Target that I wanted to keep somehow, so I tried Narrow Band this time.
However, Blue can only catch a few with Oiii at 4nm.
So, when I tried the H-Beta strategy that I've been experimenting with for a few weeks, I was able to catch Blue with a good feeling.
I don't have a filter for H-Beta yet, so I tried to catch Oiii+H-Beta by stacking L-eNhace+B filter that can pick up the wavelength of Oiii+H-Beta with a band width of 36nm.
I couldn't make a pink or magenta angel with a gradation that can be expressed with LRGB, but I feel that the small blue nebulae in the east are also able to pick up some details.
It depends on Target, but recently I've been feeling a strong need for H-Beta.
However, if  put it like this, it looks just like M42+M43.

本来これはRGB、もしくはHaRGBで収めるTargetであるが、うちのBackyardからはこのTargetの特にBlueは光害の影響で露出ができない。昨年Tryして完敗であった。
しかし、なんとか残したいTargetであったので、今回はNarrow Bandで挑戦してみた。
しかし、Blueは4nmのOiiiだけでは少ししかキャッチできない。
そこで数週間前から実験しているH-Beta作戦を行ったら、良い感じにBlueがキャッチできた。
H-Betaはフィルターはまだ持っていないので、Oiii+H-Betaの波長を36nmの幅で拾えるL-eNhace+BフィルターをStackしてOiii+H-Betaをキャッチしてみた。
LRGBで表現できるようなグラデーションのあるピンクやマゼンダのAngelにはできなかったが、その分東にある青い小さな星雲達もそれなりのDetailを拾えている気がする。
Targetにもよるが、最近H-Betaの必要性を強く感じてきている。
しかし、こういう表現にするとM42+M43にそっくりだな。
