During the off-season, I decided to re-edit the target I shot in the past for studying.
シーズンオフの間、勉強のために過去に撮影したTargetの再編集して見ることにした。

The Lion Nebula (ライオン星雲) SH2-132 Re-Process

About a month and a half ago, Dr. Kijja of Astropal, who lives in Chiang Mai, advised me, "If you are not satisfied with the finished product, try editing from various angles while clearing the problems until you are satisfied." During the season, I couldn't take the time to practice the teaching because of repeated shooting and editing, but I decided to practice it now during the off-season.
This Lion Nebula was shot and posted last October. It's one of my favorite nebulae, but to be honest, the editing at that time was too focused on expressing the body, and the background, body, and internal details were tattered.
I loved it, but it was so terrible that I wouldn't see it after that.
This time I tried everything over from Post-Process.
Details such as the Object in the upper center, the dark nebula, and the ring in the lower right of the center, which were completely destroyed last time, are clearer than before.
Next season, let's add Signal to make the whole clearer.

1ヶ月半ほど前にChiang Maiの尊敬するAstropalのDr.Kijjaさんから「完成品が納得いかなければ、納得いくまで問題点をクリアしながら色んな角度から編集を繰り返してみなさい。」というアドバイスをいただいた。シーズン中は撮影・編集の繰り返しでなかなか時間が取れず、その教えを実践することができなかったが、シーズンオフの今それを実践することにした。
昨年の10月に撮影して投稿したこのLion Nebula。大好きな星雲の一つであるが、正直言って当時の編集はBodyを濃く出すことに集中しすぎてしまい、背景も本体も内部の詳細もボロボロだった。
大好きなのに、それ以降見なくなってしまうくらい酷いものであった。
今回はPost-Processから全てやり直してみた。
前回完全に壊してしまった中央上部のObjectや暗黒星雲、中央右下のリングの部分等の詳細が以前よりくっきり出てきた。
来シーズンはSignalを追加してもっと全体をクリアにしていこう。
